🛠️ Custom Builds:
All batteries are build to order, some battery packs will be available to ship almost immediately but most build configurations require extra time for a specific part and requires an extra 10-14 days.✈️ Shipping:
Shipping is automatically applied at checkout based on your location.
Your order will be packaged very well. We are not liable for damage caused to the product throughout the shipping process. If an item is to arrive damaged that does not fall under the category of a manufacturer defect, the customer will have to wait for a response from the shipping courier before a resolution is made. This can take several days to weeks to complete and varies from courier to courier. If you believe that your item was damaged during transit, do not sign for or accept the package upon delivery. Notify the delivery person that your package is damaged, and you'd like to not take delivery of your package, then contact us at [email protected]
📦 Returns:
All sales are final. If you wish to request an exception based on particular circumstances, reach out to us via email.🛡️Warranty:
We build every pack with the kind of quality we’d expect for ourselves, and we’ve got your back long after your order is delivered.
Every pack includes a 3-month full coverage warranty that protects you against any failures due to manufacturing defects, faulty cells, or electronics issues. If anything doesn’t work as it should, we’ll repair or replace the affected parts at no cost to you.
Each battery is fully tested before it's shipped. Most battery-related defects will show up within the first few weeks of use. Think of this as a performance assurance period, if your pack is solid during this window, it’s built to last. The warranty gives us a chance to catch anything abnormal early, and gives you peace of mind during those first rides.
Even after the warranty ends, we continue to offer lifetime product support, troubleshooting, and access to affordable repairs. We’re based in Canada, so you’ll always have in-country service and direct access to a real person when you need it, no slow overseas back-and-forth.
⚠️ Warranty Does Not Cover:
We’re happy to stand by our products as long as they’re treated right. The warranty will not apply if the battery shows signs of abuse or mishandling, including:

Physical damage (dropped, crushed, punctured, etc.)

Exposure to water, extreme temperatures, or corrosion

Tampering, disassembly, or unauthorized repair
Please treat your battery with care, these are high-performance electrical systems and should be handled as such. If you’re unsure about best practices or need guidance on installation or use feel free to send us an email or contact us directly.
Improperly using or handling a lithium-ion battery can be dangerous or lethal, resulting in serious injury or death. Please review all safety precautions and documentation prior to using and operating your battery. If you are unsure how to fit your battery please have an electronics repair shop or other professional install the battery pack. Incorrect installation or use can result in an explosion and/or fire.
🔌 Accessories & Support:
We thoroughly test all accessories, including chargers, before shipping them out.
If you receive a damaged or non-functional item within 3 days of delivery, simply return the original and we’ll send a replacement. For any further inquiries, please feel free to reach out to us via email
