All batteries are build to order, some battery packs will be available to ship almost immediately but most build configurations require extra time for a specific part and requires an extra 10-14 days. All sales are final
Shipping:
Shipping is automatically applied at checkout based on your location.
Your order will be packaged well. We are not liable for damaged caused to the product throughout the shipping process. If an item is to arrive damaged that does not fall under the category of a manufacturer defect, the customer will have to wait for a response from the shipping courier before a resolution is made. This can take several days to weeks to complete and varies from courier to courier. If you believe that your item was damaged during transit, do not sign for or accept the package upon delivery. Notify the delivery person that your package is damaged, and you'd like to not take delivery of your package then contact us at [email protected]
Order Cancellation: Cancellation requests for battery orders made within 48 hours of placing an order will be refunded with no fee. After the 48-hour period, cancellations will be subject to a 25% deduction. Email [email protected] before the 48-hour window to cancel your battery order.
Returns:
All sales are final once past the 48 hour cancellation period. If you wish to request an exception based on particular circumstances, kindly reach out to us initially at [email protected]
Warranty:
Most issues typically occur within the initial stages of the battery's life. If you encounter a defective cell, we offer a 90-day window from the date of receiving the battery for free shipping labels and necessary repairs at no cost. Furthermore, we remain committed to providing ongoing support for our products, ensuring your satisfaction with our offerings in the future.
This protects against cell or other component failures. This does not include damage caused by misuse, use in an improper/unintended application, damage from an external factor such as (but not limited to) impact, crash, fire, puncture, etc., water damage in any form, severed cabling, and other factors that do not include a component of the battery failing.
Improperly using or handling a lithium-ion battery can be dangerous or lethal, resulting in serious injury or death. Please review all safety precautions and documentation prior to using and operating your battery. If you are unsure how to fit your battery please have an electronics repair shop or other professional install the battery pack. Incorrect installation or use can result in an explosion and/or fire.
We thoroughly test all accessories, including chargers, before shipping them to you. If you receive a damaged or non-functional item within 3 days of delivery, simply return the original, and we will promptly replace it for you.
